The printing is very good, and about the book, it is very nice for JEE aspirants, the content is worth it, I like the book, if you are studying by your own without coaching then you should opt for Cengage but if you join coaching you can go for this book.

This book covers the length & breadth of IIT Math syllabus. Going through this book will ensure your fundamentals are clear enough. Treat it to check if you lack anything. This is not a comprehensive text nor will it explain concepts in details.

Just a revision of the basics (although at a higher level than most people prefer). Do the exercises properly & diligently and it will make sure your mathematical background is sound at a high school level & you will be ready for engineering math wherever you get in.

A must for Top AIRs but it requires higher level thinking skills and smarter approach. Also, the objective problems are not too good, the subjective questions are often repeated. 

The solutions manual also is not available. So, one has access to 50 -100 examples in each chapter only, which i think is enough for opening your mind for a better approach to examination.

As far as the book in concerned, I would advise the students to use the book as a revision manual. The book is not meant to learn concepts from the beginning but is for doing practice of very fine subjective problems. If you want to enhance your concepts through various medium to tough subjective problems. 

If you have just started studying Algebra, go for Arihant Algebra by SK Goyal, which is the best for concepts in Algebra and after doing the chapters from there, you can strengthen your concepts after practicing some wonderful questions from the book.

Amazing book. Good collection of problems, every type of problem is covered. Gr8 book and sufficient for JEE Main and advanced preparations. Solved examples are solved with more than 1 method.
